Caravaca Labs, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") provides this website at tetracalculator.com, the Tetra Calculator Android app, and the Tetra Scientific Calculator Chrome extension (together, the "Service") for use by consumers and businesses. By using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, or alter these Terms of Use at any time. Such changes become effective immediately upon posting. The most current version of the Terms of Use is linked from the footer of the Website. Material changes affecting a paid Android feature will also be communicated through an appropriate product or store notice. You should review the Terms of Use on a regular basis to keep yourself informed of any changes.

Subject to these terms and the Google Play terms that apply to you, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Tetra Calculator Android app for lawful purposes. The app requires a compatible Android device. Online features require internet access and may require an installation-integrity check. You are responsible for carrier, network, and device costs.

You may not bypass access controls, misuse installation credentials, submit content you do not have the right to process, probe the API outside ordinary app use, or interfere with rate limits, billing verification, security, or other users. Camera math is for images of mathematical content, not people, identity documents, private records, or unrelated personal information.

Tetra Calculator Premium is offered as a one-time in-app product through Google Play. The price and currency shown by Google Play at checkout control. Google processes payment and applies its refund rules. Premium access is linked to a valid Google Play purchase and may be restored on a compatible device using the purchasing Google account.

Premium access may be delayed while a purchase is pending and may be removed after cancellation, refund, chargeback, revocation, fraud, token reuse, or a failed Google verification. A one-time purchase does not promise that every online dependency will remain available forever. If we permanently end a material paid service, applicable law and Google Play policy govern any remedy.

Camera math uses automated image recognition and can misread symbols, handwriting, layout, units, or context. The app requires you to review a proposed expression before using it. You remain responsible for checking the source image, recognized expression, assumptions, units, and final result. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, engineering-safety, emergency, or other high-consequence decisions.

You agree not to submit any text, files, images, video, audio, or other materials ("Content"), or use the Website in any way, that:

• infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary right of any party;
• violates any state, federal, or other law;
• threatens, harasses, or is libelous;
• is harmful to minors;
• contains self-benefiting advertising or marketing that has not been authorized by us;
• introduces software viruses or code harmful to other computers;
• disrupts the normal use of the Website by others;
• employs misleading or false information; or
• uses forged headers or other means to manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content.

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code contained in the Website.

Unless you receive explicit permission from us, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose any aspect of the Website. Where we expressly permit a calculator to be embedded on another website, you may use that embedded calculator in accordance with the terms of that permission, so long as the conduct rules above are not violated.

The Website and some of the Content on it contain links to other resources on the Internet. Information or calculation results on the Website may be outdated or incorrect due to the date and method of collection, or due to errors. If you find information or calculation results on the Website that you believe to be in error, please contact us with the specifics, and we will investigate and, where appropriate, update the information.

We may place limitations on your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, the number of times you may access the Website. These limitations may include full termination of your access. You agree that we have the right at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, to modify or discontinue the Website (or any part thereof).

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and the Company agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delaware.

Any provision of these Terms of Use that is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court in any jurisdiction shall not affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in other jurisdictions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our waiver or failure to exercise any right provided for in these Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver of any further right under this Agreement.

You agree that monetary damages may not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of this Agreement and that the Company shall be entitled, without waiving any other rights or remedies, to seek injunctive or equitable relief as may be deemed proper by a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and govern your use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company.
