Enter a start time, end time, and break for each day and the calculator totals the week - as hours and minutes and as decimal hours ready for a timesheet. The "Copy Monday to weekdays" button fills a regular schedule in one click.
Formula
Days without both times are skipped. If the end time is earlier than the start, the shift is treated as overnight: 22:00 to 6:00 counts as 8 hours on the day it started.
Decimal hours are minutes divided by 60 - so 7 hours 45 minutes is 7.75, not 7.45:
| Minutes | Decimal hours |
|---|---|
| 15 | 0.25 |
| 20 | 0.33 |
| 30 | 0.50 |
| 45 | 0.75 |
